(Except for death) In aesthetic surgeries; revision requests will not be covered if the surgery performed is not to personal liking. However, revisions due to failure of the surgery (such as nasal tip drop, curvature, nasal septum perforation in rhinoplasty; asymmetry, fall, implant perforation and capsular contracture in breast aesthetics) are covered. Botox applications are not covered by the policy.
