Katılım Emeklilik Hayat A.Ş. may obtain a second opinion from an independent expert if necessary in the evaluation of the insured’s claims. Katılım Emeklilik Hayat A.Ş. is the final decision-maker for payments of complication compensation. In cases requiring all these surgical or medical interventions/applications, even if there is an accompanying person and even if it is necessary, accommodation, other costs and transportation and hotel accommodation expenses of the accompanying person in the health institution are not paid (In case an additional accompanying person plan is taken, transportation (plane) and hotel accommodation costs of the accompanying person are paid within the coverage limits).
